Our beauty products are guaranteed to please you. We'll always do our best to look after you and make your beauty routine easier.

To return an item, please email Your purchase number and US delivery zip code as the email header. Upon completion, you will receive a pre-paid return label. If you return your order using the original payment method, a $7 processing fee will be deducted. Please note that we do not accept exchanges. 

Please keep in mind that refunds are only granted on items that have not been used and are still in their original packaging (unopen). However, if you receive a product that has been damaged during delivery, is faulty, or is not the product you bought, please notify us within 24-48 hours of receiving the product. Thank you very much!

If you paid by credit card, your account will be credited within 14 days. In some cases, the credit may appear on your next statement. We are unable to refund your original shipping fees.

Can I return something?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at within 14 days of purchase. Holiday presents and other unique circumstances may be eligible for a 30-day return window. Ultimately, we want you to have a fantastic buying experience.

Why do you allow so many returns?
We wish to gain your trust and establish a long-term connection. Part of that is standing by our work. We believe many people shop with us because they know if something is wrong, we'll fix it.

Do I need my purchase receipt?
Your receipt or order number speeds up the process. If you don't have a receipt, we may need more information to help you.

Do you retract?
We do our best to accept returns, however in rare circumstances we cannot.

Is time limited? What if the item is used?
Returns must be emailed to within 14 days. We will do our best to treat you fairly. We expect our customers to treat us fairly. We may refuse a return on occasion.
